A travers différentes postures de YOGA*avec Véro, nous ouvrirons le corps pour le préparer à recevoir la SIESTE SONORE* proposée par Jayne... gongs, tambour, bols en crystals & tibétains harmoniseront alors chaque recoin de notre être, et induiront un état profond de relaxation.
